Our client’s office is housed in a beautiful monumental building. Due to recent staff expansion and the need for modernization, it was time for a thorough renovation.
Our firm was commissioned to develop a comprehensive plan that preserves and enhances the authentic appearance of the building. By choosing sleek, stylish design furniture, we create a serene atmosphere that accentuates the authentic elements. This achieves a harmonious balance between modernity and heritage. Additionally, we have improved the building’s comfort. The installation of a heat recovery ventilation system (HRV) ensures effective ventilation, making unwanted drafts from the old window frames a thing of the past. The entrance and hall feature a breathtaking terrazzo floor. We drew inspiration from the deep orange-brown tones that dominate the floor for the walls, ceilings, curtains, and radiators, resulting in a cohesive and intimate whole.

The existing entrance and hall feature a beautiful terrazzo floor. We have drawn from the dominant orange-brown color in the floor and chosen it as the foundation for the walls and ceilings
