Renovation monumental office building

The office of our client is located in a beautiful monumental building in the middle of a wooded area. By, among other things, staff expansion and the desire to modernize things, the building was ready for a substantial renovation. Our agency was therefore asked to make a total plan for this. The authentic appearance had to remain intact.

By applying sleek, stylish designer furniture, a certain peace remains in the building, so that the authentic elements come into their own.

In addition to the interior, we have also improved the comfort of the building. For example, a heat recovery installation (WTW) has been applied that ventilates the building well from the floors. As a result, no more draft is created via the frames that were used to ventilate.

A lighting plan was drawn up in collaboration with Lichtmeesters. We opted for stylish, minimalist luminaires.

The existing entrance and hall are characterized by a beautiful terrazzo floor. We have picked up the orange-brown color that is most dominant in this and we chose the walls, ceilings. But curtains and radiators are also tuned to this color.
