We redesigned a former law office into a luxurious cityhouse, combining the characteristic elements of the building’s rich history from 1908 with modern materials and luxury. The modifications on the ground floor are subtle and made with respect for the building’s heritage. By incorporating high-quality materials such as marble and oak, we created a warm and stylish living environment.
On the first floor, the monumental elements were absent, allowing for more drastic changes and resulting in a completely new layout.
Each room offers its own surprise and uniqueness, and through its height, natural light, and connection with other spaces, becomes a true focal point. Particularly noteworthy are the 3.75-meter-tall fire-resistant window on the landing and the custom kitchen, where Italian marble and exquisite design form a stylish combination.

The rich history of the building – dating back to 1908 – is clearly tangible and visible in the interior. The interior design features an elegant and stylish selection of colors and materials
