Our clients purchased a dated 1930s house that had been extensively remodeled in the 1970s, resulting in the loss of its original style. Their goal was to restore the 1930s ambiance and create more space. We added modern extensions to the sides and rear of the house, featuring clean lines and large glass sliding doors, which harmoniously integrate with the original home. A built-in 12-meter sunshade provides effective solar protection. Additionally, the staircase was enlarged to accommodate a spacious bedroom and bathroom in the attic.

Although the extension has a modern character, it harmoniously complements the authentic 1930s house in terms of color and material
